Unlock Your First (or Next) 1,000 Followers – 7-Day Challenge

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of:

• “Unlock Your First (or Next) 1,000 Followers – 7-Day Challenge” (the “Challenge”)

• “VIP Private Access – 7-Day Challenge” (the “VIP Upsell”)

offered by BWM ENTERPRISE, a business registered in France (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

2. Programme Overview

2.1 The Challenge

The Challenge is a 7-day online training experience designed to help participants grow their Instagram audience using strategic, organic methods.

Start date: May 11th, 2026

The Challenge includes:

• Daily strategic guidance and action steps

• Educational content focused on audience growth and positioning

• Practical exercises to implement in real time

This is not a passive course — results depend on your implementation.

2.2 VIP Upsell – Private Access

The VIP Upsell is an optional upgrade providing additional support during the Challenge.

It includes:

• Access to a private communication channel (Slack or equivalent)

• Direct interaction with BWM ENTERPRISE

• Opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance during the Challenge period

The VIP experience begins on May 11th, 2026 and is limited to the duration of the Challenge unless otherwise specified.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Challenge price: €27 (one-time payment), then after 24h €37, then €47, then €57, etc.

• VIP Upsell price: €47 (one-time payment)

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

Payment must be completed in full before access is granted.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While the Challenge is based on proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

• Number of followers gained

• Engagement levels

• Revenue or business outcomes

Results depend on:

• Your consistency

• Your execution

• Your starting point

• External platform factors (e.g. Instagram algorithm)

5. Participation & Responsibility

By purchasing, you agree that:

• You are responsible for implementing the strategies provided

• You understand this is educational content, not done-for-you services

• You will use the material ethically and legally

Failure to participate or implement the material will limit your results.

This programme is designed for individuals who are ready to take action and implement strategies quickly. It is not intended for passive consumption.

6. Refund Policy (EU Digital Content Compliance)

Due to the nature of digital content with immediate access, all sales are final.

By purchasing, you:

• Explicitly consent to immediate access to digital content

• You expressly agree that the digital content will be made available to you immediately upon purchase and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Refunds will only be issued if:

• The product is proven to be defective or inaccessible

7. Access & Delivery

Access details will be provided after purchase via email.

It is your responsibility to:

• Provide a valid email address

• Check spam/promotions folders

We are not responsible for access issues caused by incorrect information provided by you.

8. Support

Standard Challenge

Support is limited to:

• General guidance provided within the Challenge environment

VIP Upsell

Includes:

• Direct access via private channel during the Challenge

• Responses within a reasonable timeframe (no guaranteed response time)

Support does not include:

• 24/7 availability

• Done-for-you strategy

• Personalized business consulting beyond the scope of the Challenge

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided are the intellectual property of BWM ENTERPRISE.

You may:

• Use the materials for personal learning only

You may NOT:

• Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content

• Use the material for commercial training purposes

• Copy the methodology for competing offers

Violation may result in legal action.

10. Confidentiality & Community Conduct

If you participate in any group or VIP space:

• You agree to maintain confidentiality of other participants

• You agree to behave respectfully at all times

We reserve the right to remove any participant for:

• Disruptive behavior

• Harassment

• Inappropriate conduct

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10.1 Right to Refuse or Remove Access

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Challenge or remove any participant at our discretion if we believe their behavior is inappropriate, disruptive, or not aligned with the intended use of the programme.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

BWM ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Business losses

• Platform-related issues (e.g. Instagram changes)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

12. Data Protection

We respect your privacy.

• Your personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR)

• Payment details are processed securely by third-party providers

• We do not store your financial information
